Women’s Wellness Circle is a community-centered wellness program for MENASA women. It combines peer conversation with educational sessions addressing emotional, relational, cultural, and physical well-being.

Participants can explore how culture, faith, family, identity, and gender expectations influence their experiences. They may contribute to the conversation or listen without pressure to share personal information.

Women’s Wellness Circle does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Licensed professionals may contribute education, but participation does not create a therapist-client or medical relationship.
