Peer Minds is developing a structured mentorship pilot for MENASA youth and young adults. The program is not currently providing active mentor-mentee matches.

Peer mentorship is not therapy or crisis care. The upcoming program will focus on goal-setting, self-advocacy, education, career exploration, leadership, and community connection.

The pilot is being designed for MENASA high school students, college students, and early-career young adults. Final age, location, consent, and eligibility requirements will be announced before matching begins.

Who It Serves

The program is intended for MENASA youth and young adults, including high school students, college students, and early-career young adults.

Program Goals

  • Provide culturally grounded peer mentorship
  • Support youth and young adults in building confidence
  • Reduce isolation and increase connection
  • Encourage emotional awareness and self-advocacy
  • Support education, career, and leadership development
  • Create a pathway for participants to become future mentors and leaders

Long-Term Vision

Peer Minds envisions this program as part of a larger leadership pipeline. Participants may eventually grow into roles such as peer mentors, facilitators, program volunteers, community advocates, and future mental health professionals.
