Mindful Men Circle is a nonclinical peer-support program for MENASA men. It offers facilitated conversations about the experiences that affect men’s emotional, relational, social, cultural, and spiritual well-being.
MENASA men often navigate overlapping expectations around strength, responsibility, family, culture, and faith. The circle gives participants an opportunity to examine those experiences and learn from other men.
Participants may speak, reflect, ask questions, or simply listen. The circle is not therapy or crisis care; it is a place to build self-awareness, connection, and practical approaches to everyday challenges.
