Who We Are
Peer Minds is a community-based nonprofit advancing mental wellness among Middle Eastern, North African, and South Asian (MENASA) youth and young adults. We create opportunities for people to connect, learn, and explore mental health alongside others who understand their cultural experiences.
Through peer support, education, mentorship, and leadership development, we help young people strengthen their confidence, build meaningful relationships, and grow into leaders who contribute to their communities.

How We Support Our Community
Mindful Men Circle brings MENASA men together for honest conversations about mental wellness, identity, relationships, faith, family expectations, and personal growth.
Women’s Wellness Circle brings MENASA women together to explore mental wellness, identity, relationships, boundaries, family roles, and personal growth.
Our developing mentorship program will connect MENASA youth and young adults with trained peer mentors for encouragement, goal-setting, personal development, and greater connection.
Our workshops make mental health education practical and culturally relevant. Sessions may feature mental health professionals, educators, community leaders, advocates, and people with lived experience.
